Real estate agent and real estate developer this is for you!

Generating leads for #realestate is still one of the far easiest thing to do in the #advertising industry and that’s because there a hundred and one tools to use in the crafting of #ads and running of the #leadsgeneration campaign.

Today, I will be sharing with you some of the most basic and in fact, very common tools that we all know but count as irrelevant in the process of generating #leads

Yeah…. They’re very common tools like I said earlier. You must be thinking me to be a very fine liar right? It’s normal. I get that reaction a lot whenever I say these things.

Starting with is:
👉 Google: You know it’s a search engine right? Yes… That’s why it’s highly important.
You remember my last post on #customeravatar ? (see the post here >>> https://lnkd.in/eGKyRtMA )
Once, you’ve identified the caliber or net worth of persons that can afford your property, the next thing is to identify locations where these guys live and that’s where Google is your go-to source.

👉 Neighbourhood Review (For Nigerians): This tool helps you to highlight great locations for targeting by using income level to breakdown locations of different net worth of people.

👉Semrush : Now you know where they live. But do you know where they are getting answers to their queries on Google? Semrush is a tool that breaks keyword (both short and long tail) into units, gives you detailed insights to top ranking sites for your location, and similar queries plus their data.
This tool helps you make detailed decision when identifying your target market’s sources of information (Remember that’s another thing in the customer avatar worksheet)

👉Google trends: Yes! You don’t just want to know what was searched but also what’s is being searched at the moment in high volume by your target market.
E.g Where to buy good lands in Lagos, Best real estate companies in Nigeria, Apartments in Lagos and Abuja, ETC.

👉Brand mentions (https://lnkd.in/ew5XNGQw) : I use this for Hashtags # analysis to identify volume and where it’s being used more so I can add the hashtag as an interest

Okay… I guess I’ve done enough justice for today.

If you got value kindly comment, like and share!

Till my fingers itch again.
